Every year, around half a million new US homes are built, and less than 20% have any type of RRNC measures. In some homes with RRNC, radon levels > 4 pCi/L. In other homes RRNC is effective. Bad installs are caused by poor workmanship, policy gaps, or both? How do we fix the standard of care in codes and move up the % of homes with RRNC?
